These Terms apply to all matters relating to your use of the service between you and us. We may establish additional rules for the service, which shall form part of these Terms.

Registration is completed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies via the prescribed method, and we approve the application. We may decline registration in the following cases:

• Applications from persons who have previously violated these Terms
• Applications containing false information
• Any other case deemed inappropriate by us

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Acts violating laws or public order and morals
• Acts related to criminal activity
• Acts that interfere with our servers or network
• Unauthorized collection of other users' personal information
• Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
• Any other act deemed inappropriate by us

We may suspend all or part of the service without prior notice in cases such as system maintenance or updates, force majeure, or other situations we deem necessary.

We are not liable for damages not caused by our intentional or gross negligence. We are not responsible for disputes between users or with third parties.

We may update these Terms as necessary. For significant changes, we will endeavor to notify you via the service or your registered email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The service may display third-party advertisements to support operating costs. Cookies may be used for ad delivery. See our Privacy Policy for details. We are not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of advertisement content.

The handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

This service uses a BYOS (Bring Your Own Storage) model. Habit, task, and check-in data is not stored on HabitReach's servers. Such data is stored in a private app folder in the user's own Google Drive account, which we cannot access. Users may review or delete this data from Google Drive at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over our principal place of business.
